Obsidian House does not mark up standard third-party vendor costs or routine client purchases. Larger projects, renovations, extensive sourcing, or event management may require additional coordination fees.
Discretion
Obsidian House treats client information, schedules, property details, access information, and personal requests with confidentiality. Property access details such as keys, gate access, garage access, alarm codes, or related information are handled with care and used only as necessary to perform approved services.
